Using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, Golfsmith’s designers stretched the Snake Eyes Mamba driver head to the USGA’s limits, with a heel-to-toe length of just under 5 inches, very close to its face-to-back breadth. The resulting square shape works in conjunction with a sweeping sole design, moving mass back to the heel and rear toe areas of the club head. The construction features 6-4 titanium in the face, perimeter and body, with a lightweight, thin titanium crown and sole inserts, so more mass can be placed on the perimeter.
